I see patterns across people, products, and systems, and help leaders act on them when the path forward isn’t obvious.I’m an executive product and learning leader, shaped by a background in the science of learning, user experience, and human behavior. That foundation has informed how I lead and build today, with a forward-facing focus on how technology, especially AI, is reshaping work, leadership, and trust.Over the last decade, I’ve led and advised organizations through moments of complexity and scale: modernizing HR technology, redesigning learning platforms, shaping product strategy, and guiding purposeful AI adoption. My work sits at the intersection of executive decision-making, system design, and human experience, particularly in moments where speed is tempting, but discernment matters more.Trust, accessibility, and inclusion show up in my work as design constraints, not aspirations. The leaders and teams I partner with tend to come to me when hype isn’t helpful, when alignment is hard, and when they need to move forward with clarity rather than urgency alone.Today, I work with executive teams as a product strategist and fractional CPO, serve in advisory and board capacities, and speak and facilitate on leadership in the age of AI.
