Luke has over 20 years of experience driving growth and success of organizations he is a part of. As a Veteran Luke had 5 years of leadership in a variety of roles and situations. Post military a full pivot to the IT space, primarily in the service provider space.Luke spent his first few years in the IT space leading and building teams and driving the success of the organizations he is part of. Shifting into an individual contributor role to focus on technical growth, but still contributing to the success of teams and the members of those teams. The best way to grow is to bring others with you along the way.Moving into the senior contributor space at Adobe and now with the Church, Luke is deliberate about leading the discussions to keep teams moving forward, solving problems, and integrating the input of all. Taking charge of standup meetings to drive work to completion and get results.Luke recently completed a demanding Executive MBA program at Brigham Young University and is ready to take his combined experience into the business arena. Luke has spent the last year helping build the BroadbandOne network from the ground up. Coming into an environment where there is exactly zero infrastructure in place until we had 2 colocations, over 30 sites online and validated, and another 20+ connected and receiving some level of validation.
