As a communication and media expert with 8 years of experience in the entertainment industry, I have successfully led and executed communication strategies for \'Days of our Lives\', one of the longest-running and most popular soap operas in the world. I joined Corday Productions, the company behind the show, in November 2021 as the Director of Communications, and was promoted to VP of Communications in September 2022.In my role as VP of Communications, I oversaw all aspects of external communications, crisis communications, digital and social media, event planning and production, and team leadership for \'Days of our Lives\'. I worked with various stakeholders, such as media outlets, streaming and network executives, talent, and fans, to ensure the show\'s visibility, reputation, and performance. I also managed and resolved communication issues that arose from the show\'s complex and dynamic storyline, cast, and audience. Additionally, I leveraged digital and social media platforms and tools to amplify the show\'s reach and engagement, as well as to monitor and analyze the online community\'s feedback and sentiment. Furthermore, I planned and produced events that showcased and promoted the show, such as press conferences, interviews, panels, premieres, screenings, and award shows. Lastly, I led and mentored a team of communication professionals, providing them with guidance and feedback, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
