About Lacey
I am an early career conservation GIS professional working in the non-profit sector to preserve imperiled species and their habitats and promote human-wildlife coexistence. I have applied GIS to understand novel plant distributions, identify changes in animal behavior, measure impacts of climate on wildlife, and identify key areas for biodiversity conservation. My spatial analyses, data visualization, and spatial storytelling have informed policy-making decisions, public outreach, and legal arguments on many of the environmental crises we face today.
