Hi, I’m Lauren! As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I am deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges with empathy, evidence-based practices, and a strengths-based perspective. With a strong foundation in mental health counseling, trauma-informed care, and advocacy, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep passion for helping people heal, grow, and thrive.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse settings—including community mental health, Department of Children and Families, schools, and private practice—supporting children and adults with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. I draw from different modalities to create a tailored approach that respects each client’s unique story. I believe in systems-level change and strive to address the broader social factors that impact mental health.
