As the volunteer P&P Manager for Data for Good Vancouver\'s Client Development Initiative, I spearhead efforts to expand our nonprofit outreach and increase community impact-Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership to Data for Good (DFG) programs, including women\'s support as one of six key focus areas, developing and executing initiatives that empower nonprofits to leverage data for community-driven change-Track and monitor program outcomes against objectives, assessed impact, and delivered comprehensive reports to internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate success and inform future initiatives-Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of 10, fostering collaboration among nonprofits, data analysts, and community leaders while promoting a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation-Streamline program operations and increase awareness of DFG’s work by implementing a CRM system to enhance engagement and tracking, supporting recruitment of new organizations and expanding community impact.
