As part of the iOS team at Amazon Ring, I contribute to building innovative, secure, and user-centric mobile experiences for millions of Ring users across the globe. My work is focused on enhancing performance, reliability, and usability of the Ring app, enabling and helping users to monitor and protect their homes with greater confidence.Key Responsibilities- Developed and maintained core features of the Ring iOS app using Swift, Objective-C, and modern UIKit/SwiftUI patterns- Collaborate cross-functional projects with Android, Backend, QA, and Product teams in an Agile environment to ship new features and regular updates to deliver improvements and user-requested features- Implemented key improvements in Ring Application to optimize user experience and battery performance- Work on project for performance optimizations that improves several critical flows for customers- Wrote unit tests using XCTest and contributed to improving overall test coverage- Analyzed production crash reports, reducing crash rates below Amazon Ring’s quality thresholds- Participated in on-call rotations, quickly diagnosing and resolving production issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
