Led a solo re-implementation of Workday Adaptive for a 1,500-employee CPG firm. Turned around a months-long failed project in two weeks and scaled the system to handle SKU-level budgeting/forecasting. • Automated data entry by decentralizing the work to Procurement, Sales, and Plant Management, cutting FP & A touchpoints and reducing bottoms-up budgeting from weeks to days. • Scaled Adaptive adoption from 3 to 50+ users across FP & A, Accounting, and Plant Management, making it the primary reporting tool. • Built personnel and capacity planning sheets, reducing monthly report compilation from 3 hours to 10 minutes per analyst. • Enhanced analytics by integrating Adaptive with JDE and Tableau, enabling SKU- and ingredient-level variance analysis in 30 minutes vs. 3 hours in Excel/Tableau.Notable Achievements:• Worked with various teams to align financial data across all systems (Adaptive, JDE, Tableau).• Coupled Adaptive with Tableau to enhance the reporting and analytical capabilities of 8th Avenue.
