As an accomplished and technically experienced Director, I have a track record driving innovative IT transformation across complex ERP and infrastructure services and applications for large organisations. I have successfully led and built high performing teams covering technical design and delivery, integration and migration using hybrid and cloud solutions across platforms as well as delivered multiple transitions to AWS, Azure and associated cloud solutions using SaaS, PaaS and IaaS capabilities. I have extensive technical expertise with SAP applications, including ERP and CRM systems and have a pro-active approach to delivering innovative transformation programmes, cloud migration and modernisation projects and solutions.Throughout my career I have partnered with technology solution providers including leading outsourcing projects to streamline processes, focus on core activities, and deliver efficiency savings. I have worked as a Director of Enterprise Systems and Services for Centrica, where I successfully led on the transition of development and delivery teams, implemented Agile methodologies to overhaul current processes, and embedded digital transformation across Enterprise Systems and Services, enhanced efficiencies, and performance by over 50% through implementing new practices and methodologies. I have experience leading large teams where I have led over 200 staff, including highly skilled DevOps resources and multi-disciplined technical teams covering SAP applications and enterprise platforms. I have also led as the primary SME for SAP technologies and security operating across the UK, Ireland and North America geographies.I have delivered multiple end-to-end migrations for Enterprise applications, systems and platforms including technical architecture, design, implementation across multiple applications and data delivering in cloud infrastructure and commodity solutions including transitioning from multiple vendor infrastructure to new service providers. I have worked alongside executive management delivering strategic and technology priorities including evaluating, assessing, and recommending technology solutions.I utilise my extensive technical expertise as well as ability to work across integrated solutions to drive technology strategy and enhance internal capabilities. I adopt a pro-active approach to driving commercial performance through managing suppliers and vendors and delivering streamlined and automated processes and machine learning where possible.
