Full Time) Further experience in the company and industry, as well as my performance during my employment led to my promotion to the most senior Account Management role within the company. I am the main point of contact for all of my customers, and my focus is still on growth both organically and through new business engagements. My eagerness to learn has led to an ever growing knowledge base which I am able to use to strategically hunt for new opportunities with both new and existing customers. This is backed up by our amazing solutions team who are able to navigate the complexities of software, cloud, networking, servers, and storage; as well as providing training to our Account Managers. I have delivered complex projects in multiple countries and been an intrinsic part of Storm\'s Managed Services Team which has grown month on month since its creation. Through this medium I am able to offer customers a full wrap around, end-to-end service. As a result my experience continues to expand alongside Storm, who\'s plans for the future will bring even more opportunities for me to grow as a person and now as an Account Director.
