With over 40 years in of real estate experience, I have had the opportunity to not only work in all phases of the market, but be involved in the training of many of the agents in our market. Between 2003 and 2008, I was involved in real estate development. During that periond I was a partner in the development of 960 acres south of Livingston, MT. After that I managed the development of the first phase of a residential subdivision in Livingston, MT. I still enjoy working with residential and land sales, but it is commercial real estate that I truly love. The challenges and opportunities are endless.
