Development surveyor specialising in the sale of development land, strategic land agreements, development valuations and financial viability assessments. Regularly advising on option and promotion agreements, landowner collaboration and equalisation agreements, joint venture structures, overage mechanisms and negotiating option purchase prices on behalf of landowners.Recent projects include- Negotiation of the option price for a 750-dwelling scheme in Maidstone on behalf of a national housebuilder. Subsequent disposal of a 180 unit residential site and a care home parcel- Advising a landowner on a promotion agreement and subsequent unconditional disposal of a 120-unit scheme in West Malling- Acting for private landowners on a 25 acre strategic site in Mid Sussex- Valuation of a 1,100 unit scheme in east Kent- Financial Viability Assessment of a 200+ unit scheme in Thanet- Consultancy exercise on land assembly for a strategic site in East Sussex.I joined Savills in January 2016 after working in the legal industry. I was previously called to the Bar by the Inner Temple in 2011 after completing the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP Law School. I studied for a bachelor\'s degree in Law at the University of Durham and completed my masters degree in Real Estate (with the University College of Estate Management) in March 2018. I am a RICS Registered Valuer, an APC Assessor, and a member of the Residential Development Agents Society (RDAS).
