With over 17 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources, I have a proven track record of driving HR strategies that align with business goals and foster organizational growth. My career journey has taken me through diverse roles, from leading HRBP role to HR leadership role having an impact on the entire business group in India.I hold a master\'s degree in Human Resource Management and have completed an executive development program from XLRI. Have done certification on strategic human resource leadership from XLRI again. Started my career in 2006 with UST Global then moved on to Mindtree Ltd and later joined Sonus Networks in 2014 and became part of this journey of a company that kept evolving continuously. Was able to play a significant role by contributing towards the growth and evolution of this organization in India. By the time the company became Ribbon Communications and grew 3 times in its headcount I could grow and test my skills in various facets of HR as a business partner, like talent acquisition, building teams, growing the organization, HR Analytics, performance management, change management, reward systems etc.
