I defend both individual and corporate clients in respect of investigations and criminal and regulatory proceedings initiated by authorities including the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), the Financial Conduct Authority, the Bank of England and H.M. I also advise multinational companies and financial institutions in relation to their anti–money laundering, fraud prevention, ethics and anti-corruption programs, with particular focus on the UK Bribery Act, as well as the broader issues of anti-bribery and fraud risk management, compliance and training.
