I graduated from Binghamton University (1975) and Boston College Law School (1979, cum laude). I have been actively practicing law since 1979. I manage the Personal Injury Law Center of the firm and have represented thousands of injury claimants in all aspects of litigation from settlement, mediation, and arbitration through trial. I\'ve been selected as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer on multiple occasions (2006, 20••••14) and I am AV rated (the highest rating) by Martindale-Hubbell, the most respected rating service for practicing attorneys. I am a member of the American Association for Justice and the Massahusetts Bar Association. In addition, I have played an active role with the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys where I received the President\'s Special Recognition Award and chaired the Automobile Insurance Section from to 2006. I have also served on the Board of Governors since 1993. I have authored numerous published articles relating to automobile insurance coverage issues. In addition, I have frequently lectured for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.Specialties: Personal Injury, Insurance Coverage, Injuries to Consumers, Business Law and Real Estate Law. I am also a Justice of the Peace for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and have performed several hundred weddings since 1988.
