I currently work as a Delegate Acquisition Executive at Kinetic Alliance, where I support the planning, promotion, and delivery of high-level business events. My role focuses on understanding target audiences, creating tailored event communications across email and LinkedIn, and building strong relationships with senior-level executives to ensure each event delivers real value.I particularly enjoy engaging with delegates to understand their challenges and interests, and helping shape event experiences that are relevant, well-aligned, and impactful. The role has also given me the opportunity to support onsite delivery of bespoke executive events across North America and Europe, strengthening my experience in live event operations and stakeholder engagement.Outside of work, I have a strong interest in motorcycles and staying active, as well as travelling and exploring new experiences and cultures.
