Principle Data & Solution Manager | Driving Cloud Strategy & Infrastructure Modernisation at Vodafone | Azure & Oracle Partner | Operational Efficiency & Sustainability LeaderAs Principle Data and Solution Manager at Vodafone, I lead the strategic consolidation of our Data Centres and drive the transition to cloud infrastructure—critical enablers of operational efficiency and sustainability across the organisation. My role draws on extensive IT and Telco expertise to deliver measurable cost savings, performance improvements, and a modernised data landscape through scalable cloud adoption.I am currently partnering with Microsoft to define and implement Vodafone’s cloud strategy using Azure and Oracle Database@Azure, across multiple European markets including the UK. This initiative is part of Vodafone’s 10-year strategic alliance with Microsoft, focused on migrating key platforms into Azure to enhance agility and long-term value.My responsibilities along with the supplier engagement and tech strategy also include overseeing the migration of workloads from legacy infrastructure and high-cost data centres into a streamlined cloud environment. I work closely with stakeholders across Vodafone’s Operating Companies (OpCos) and delivery teams to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure each market is positioned to realise the full benefits of cloud adoption where appropriate.
