   Perform Job Class Trainer /Centralized Trainer for all Publix Staff in Sarasota and Bradenton Region. The Centralized Trainer is responsible for training all new employees within the district for “Welcome to Publix, and “Associate Safety and Responsibility”. At the store lever I am also performing job class training for employees in Customer Service department for all new associates. I am also performing as a Customer Service Representative in the Front Office and Back Office. In this position I balance all daily credit, debit, and cash transactions and perform deposits as needed. Maintain balance sheets and process all computer store transactions via (POS) Point of Sale system. In addition I process all customer grocery transactions via cash register and solve any customer relations issues and handle all customers inquire and support customer transactions concerning any purchase. Acts as consultant for all price and merchandise differences and negotiate with customer to assure that customer needs are being met. Assist with merchandise stocking and shelf life verification. Support all other cashiers with their individual transactions when discrepancies need verification or negotiation. Assure that customers are welcomed and treated with respect.
