I work to ensure that Welsh-medium early years education is inclusive, accessible, and reflective of all communities in Wales. I lead on developing and implementing the organisation’s EDI strategy,\'Mae Pawb yn Perthyn\', conduct research, and support inclusive practice through policy development, and collaboration with partners. My role is rooted in anti-racism, language equity, and social justice, with a focus on amplifying underrepresented voices and making the Welsh language welcoming to all.
