   I have the pleasure of leading Credit Karma’s emerging talent strategy and programs across multiple offices. Owning the end-to-end operation from sourcing + recruiting strategy to onboarding, programming, comp alignment and FTE conversion.• Build and scale company-wide intern + new grad programs across the USA, owning recruiting strategy, talent brand/marketing, onboarding, and program experience for interns, new grads, managers, and mentors.• Drive inclusive sourcing and partnership strategies that drove 35% YoY growth in participant diversity through targeted outreach, community partnerships, and intentional talent community building.• Partner with senior leaders to implement structured interview frameworks and talent planning practices that improved hiring quality and consistency across early-career efforts.• Designed and executed a conference hiring strategy (branding + partnerships + recruiting playbooks) to expand reach and increase diverse candidate pipelines at scale.• Implemented a “keep-warm” conversion strategy that reduced reneges; only 2 of 28 return offers reneged in the 2023–2024 cycle (92.8% return rate).
