   As the Google Alliance Leader at SoftwareOne, my primary responsibility is to build and develop SoftwareOne\'s Google practice from the ground up. This includes establishing expertise and proficiency in Google products such as Workspace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Maps, and other offerings. To achieve this, I am responsible for building internal processes that support the Google practice, including the development of go-to-market strategies and sales processes. These processes are designed to enable our team to effectively position and sell Google products to our clients, while also ensuring operational efficiency within our organization. A key aspect of my role is building a strong alliance with Google. This involves fostering a collaborative relationship with Google, working closely with their teams to understand their programs, incentives, and initiatives. By establishing a strong partnership, we can leverage Google\'s resources and support to drive success in our Google practice. In addition to building the alliance, I am also responsible for developing and managing Market Development Funds (MDF) funnels. This includes identifying opportunities for MDF utilization and effectively allocating funds to drive marketing and sales activities for Google products. Overall, as the Google Alliance Leader, my goal is to establish SoftwareOne as a leading provider of Google solutions. By building the necessary internal processes, go-to-market strategies, and alliances with Google, I aim to drive growth, maximize program benefits, and create a strong foundation for success in the Google practice.
