In my part time role at SBDJ Services I assist with the day to day running of the business, and communicate regularly with both new and existing customers. Working closely with the Company Director, I gather customer information and update profiles throughout the booking process. I also have the responsibility of designing and sourcing POS for annual exhibits, as well as assisting in developing pricing structures, overseeing costs and managing accounts.
