As a highly experienced leader and executive coach, I am adept at creating organizational programs and initiatives to support talent and leadership development skills. I conduct assessments to pinpoint personality traits and emotional intelligence, while creating learner-centered approaches and leadership approaches to developing effective training programs, workshops, and other events. My career accomplishments include the following: ⇨Design and deliver training programs for leadership and faculty, while overseeing new faculty learning tracks, scheduling, communications, and course information at Walden University. ⇨ Trained and mentored more than 100 full-time and adjunct faculty and staff as a dean of psychology programs. ⇨ Facilitated Executive Coaching as a Board Certified Coach to C-Suite, middle management and employees at all organizational levels to increase performance, enhance leadership ability and establish relationships that contribute to the sustainability of the organization. Specializing in remote workforce and leader development. ⇨Led online industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology programs and developed Master of Psychology Degree Program to meet standards of Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).Furthermore, my proficiency in collaborating with managers, trainers, and vendors throughout my career has equipped me to produce sustainable learning opportunities, training and engagement across organizations.
