   Creates visual elements for large scale festivals, venues, shows, one-offs, special events, and Special Projects. Directs others who develop artwork or layouts. Implementing the visual design elements for AEG Presents festivals and projects in order to convey an artist’s unique artistic message. Essential Functions:• Determine the best way to represent a concept visually. Articulate vision to artists and develop a mutual artistic approach and style. Confer with executive to determine objectives, budget, background information, and presentation approaches, styles, and techniques.• Research current trends and new technology such as printing production techniques, computer software and design trends.• Design, formulate and determine basic layout and presentation of art at music events and other projects. Manage the build out of art displays, including design, scaling, fabrication and lighting.• Supervise design and building staff (3rd party contractors). Review and approve artwork and other design elements or graphics developed by other staff members to use in project.• Present project framework to executive team for evaluation and approval. Make recommendations for artwork and design elements.• Forecast and plan budgets with VP and executive team for each event/project. Manage accounts, projects and work within budget and scheduling requirements.
