I strive to create engaging, accessible and valuable products for people and businesses. As a people-centered designer, my goal is to help and serve others while achieving business goals and make an impact on the world through research, understanding, and design. With my background in Journalism and Media Studies, I have knowledge in conducting research, writing, and media communication. I practiced people-centric thinking through marketing strategy and journalistic writing courses.    Supports the Provider Experience and other team design initiatives- Improved a large feature for providers to find and understand a member\'s eligibility and benefits and reduced eligibility and benefits related service calls by 33%- Collaborated with Product and Development to move our platform migration project forward by focusing on user experience enhancements for our feature set and guiding conversation regarding risk, prioritization, and impact- Supported migrating the design system from Sketch to Figma by rebuilding and refining components, interactions, and documentation based on new standards.
