   I direct activities that achieve annual general operating, special project, and capital individual major donor contribution goals for Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. I focus on the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of existing donors, while also identifying and acquiring new major donors from a variety of sources. I work closely with all members of the marketing and development teams to develop and implement a strategic and comprehensive fundraising program, as well as with Board level volunteers and staff at varying levels throughout the organization.
