   The challenges of our communities do not lie neatly within city or county boundaries. The Triangle’s quality of life and future growth depends on our ability to work across these boundaries to find common ground. Leadership Triangle builds the leadership capacity to serve in this way. Leadership Triangle is a non-profit organization established in 1992 to build leadership capacity and promote collaboration across the separate communities of the Triangle (Chatham, Durham, Orange and Wake Counties.) It does this through leadership development classes, social networking, public forums and an annual Leadership Summit and award celebration. We strive to preserve local uniqueness while acting regionally to address issues such as regional growth, transit, water quality, housing affordability, open space, education, and economic and social equity.
