As the Vice President and Head of M&A at InterDigital, a global leader in wireless and video technologies, I lead the corporate development and strategy function, driving growth and innovation through acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. I have over 15 years of experience in the tech sector, with expertise in M&A due diligence, and intellectual property strategy.I have successfully led and executed multiple deals across different countries and regions, ranging from hundreds of millions to small acqui-hires and IP purchases. I manage the entire deal lifecycle, from strategy development to sourcing, valuation, due diligence, integration planning, and term sheet negotiation. I also serve as a board member at Focal Point Positioning, a UK-based pioneer in precise positioning algorithms. I am a certified mediator and a registered patent attorney with the USPTO, and a member of the bar in Pennsylvania.
