You can reach me at l••••@charlotte.edu or here on LinkedIn.What drives me most is creating clarity in complex systems and helping organizations run more efficiently while serving people at every level of the process. That’s why I’m drawn to the mission of becoming a Chief Operating Officer — a role where I can blend big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership to deliver impact. Some highlights of my journey so far:Global perspective: Studied abroad in Vienna, Austria, strengthening my adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills.Leadership & impact: Co-founded and serve as President of WISE (Women’s Initiative for Selfhood & Empowerment), where I developed the constitution, recruited and led a 5-person executive board, and grew membership by 109% in the first year.Industry experience: As a C.O.R.E. Intern with ASPIRE Inc, I co-led a successful Back-to-School community event supporting 30+ families, while also building corporate relationships with Coca-Cola, Amazon, and Office Depot.Professional development: Selected from applicants as an MLT Career Prep ’27 Fellow, gaining mentorship, business case experience, and exposure to Fortune 500 executives.On-campus leadership: Operating Director for 49er Supply Chain Management, where I led 10+ integrated marketing campaigns, collaborated cross-functionally, and contributed to 75% of overall membership growth.Work ethic: From my two years at Texas Roadhouse to my role as a cashier at Harris Teeter, I’ve honed customer service, teamwork, and the ability to problem-solve quickly in high-pressure environments. In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc, where I’ve embraced a foundation of service, scholarship, and sisterhood. Through this experience, I’ve strengthened my leadership skills, deepened my commitment to uplifting others, and built a strong network of women who inspire me to lead with purpose and integrity. What’s next? I’m looking for opportunities to grow my skills in operations, supply chain, and business strategy through internships, mentorship, and collaborative projects. Let’s connect!
