As a Structural Field Engineer at Hilti, I strive to Making Construction Better! Providing the right solution to the challenges at construction sites and providing peace of mind to the stakeholders is at the core of my work. I worked as a Project Coordinator at TransLink and contributed to the Engineering team of the region\'s transportation network to enhance the connectivity in the region by working on the System improvements for the SkyTrain - the regions most used public means of transport. I started my career with Larsen and Toubro Limited, where I designed power infrastructure projects worth over $2 billion, developing skills in Engineering design, Team management, Project management, budgeting, estimation, stakeholder coordination, contract management, and strategic planning. I then joined Hilti India Private Limited, where I honed my communication, presentation, account development, B2B and B2C sales, lead generation, and problem-solving skills, earning the Top Sales Club and Gold Club awards for outstanding performance. I am passionate about learning new technologies and methods to improve the productivity and efficiency of the construction industry, and I have published two papers in reputed international journals on the application of Lean techniques in construction management. I have also completed an international post-graduate certification in BIM management and a course on BC building codes to enhance my knowledge and skills. I am driven by curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset, and I aim to deliver high-quality results that meet the expectations and needs of the clients and stakeholders.
