In the Office of the CTO, I work in the Strategic Workload Acceleration Team (SWAT) — a engineering group that partners directly with Microsoft\'s most strategic customers to turn frontier AI into production reality.My focus is Agentic Engineering: designing, building and operationalising production-grade agentic systems, multi-agent workflows and enterprise-scale LLM applications. I work across leading agentic SDKs and frameworks, with deep focus on Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and secure, portable distributed systems- Architect AI-native workloads for strategic customers, de-risking adoption and accelerating time-to-value through hands-on engineering- Design and build internal agentic systems that enable secure, governed deployment of multi-agent workflows, copilots and autonomous applications- Drive platform resiliency initiatives to enhance availability, reliability, observability and performance across large-scale distributed systems- Lead technical engagements end-to-end — from architecture through to production deployment — resolving complex blockers at the frontier- Translate customer insights into architectural improvements that shape Microsoft\'s engineering practices and product direction- Share best practices across Microsoft\'s Customer Success community, strengthening agentic, cloud-native and platform engineering excellence worldwide.

Principal Engineer based in London, specialising in Agentic Engineering at Microsoft. As part of a strategic engineering team, I work directly with customers and partners in frontier spaces — navigating unknowns, de-risking adoption and turning bleeding-edge AI into production reality.I design and operationalise resilient platforms for agentic systems, intelligent agents and enterprise-scale LLM applications, building agentic capabilities across leading SDKs and frameworks. Deep focus on Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and secure, portable distributed systems. Hands-on in TypeScript, Python and Rust, I build out internal production systems and customer-facing platforms that push forward Microsoft\'s AI and cloud capabilities, while contributing insights back into engineering and open-source communities.
