ABOUT LISA SINGH

My specialty is helping people have productive conversations. While it may seem that my career is in several different silos, in reality all of the silos have one theme: better conversations. Over the span of my career I have been a mediator, facilitator, management trainer, consultant, creative problem solver, and restorative justice cheerleader. My most recent project is working with a team to facilitate the planning and implementation of a conflict management program for a major government entity.In the field of training, I have developed and delivered custom management training programs with a specialization in conflict resolution and intercultural communication. I have also worked as a facilitator and consultant to non profit and for profit businesses and institutions providing capacity building and strategic project planning services.I receive great joy in providing facilitation to creative problem solving groups like Ideaconnection and have won quite a few challenges solving technical and scientific problems for major corporations.
