I guide individual business development plans to align with strategic goals, coordinate proposals to secure new opportunities, manage digital presence to enhance brand visibility, oversee the firm’s blog content production to support thought leadership and prepare award and ranking submissions to increase recognition.I also support ten distinct litigation-related practice groups, including Construction, Insurance Coverage, Employment & Labor and Pharmaceutical & Medical Device, by developing tailored marketing strategies, coordinating group-specific initiatives and tracking metrics to inform decision-making and drive growth.As Baker Sterchi’s first marketing and business development professional, I have built the firm’s marketing framework from the ground up, creating policies, processes and strategies that streamline efforts and support growth. My focus is on making business development more effective and accessible for attorneys while strengthening the firm’s brand and client relationships.
