Provide coaching and developmental guidance to 3 L&D analysts and 1 L&D Specialist on ET standards and processes, as well as professional development goals.• Created, implemented, and sustained new learning processes which include: • • • Skills Needs Assessment with all departments to ensure training solutions drive our plant-wide strategy forward (Asset Care, Brewing, Packaging, Utilities, Warehouse, Safety, and Quality).• • • Digitizing our site-wide Training Plan for all employees, and physical communication boards for our hourly workforce.• • • A site-wide Training Catalog and website with learning resources.• • • Step-Up Cards (i.e, skill matrices) for all critical operational roles.• • • Digital SOP library and digital L&D Help form, accessible via mobile device.• • • Process for teaching on-the-job trainers, which has qualified 60 trainers YTD in 2025.• • • Learning evaluation forms to collect learner feedback on planned trainings.• Plan and teach team to deliver Plant Onboarding, High Performance Organization, World Class Coaching, Presentation Skills, and Designated Trainer Training leadership development sessions to hourly employees, salaried employees, and brewery leadership: collectively programs averaged a 4.75/5 participant experience score, 66/100 NPS score and positive qualitative feedback.• To address skills gaps in our new skilled trade workforce, the team has scheduled 18 technical trainings YTD in 2025. By leveraging vendor agreements, the team has saved the business about 270k YTD in training costs.• To address Employee Experience survey data on \"providing more development opportunities,\" the team 80 on-the-job training sessions to cover skill gaps for hourly employees, and scheduled 172 classes YTD in 2025.• Influenced a Caring in Action culture, by cleaning and closing EHS training deficiencies since 2020, and increased site-wide safety compliance by 39% month over month, and the brewery is now at 100% completion.
