Biodegradable Agave Fiber Straws The Real Agave Straw - It’s important to mention that we have FDA and USDA certifications for Bio based products. As you know there is a strong movement in the USA to walk away from plastic straws. The alternative so far was paper straws, but they breakdown before finishing your beverage, very difficult to use with hot drinks and you still need to kill trees to produce them. Other products corn base aren’t Biodegradable & Compostable directly in landfills and require industrialized process (commercial composting facilities, not available in every state). Our product would break down in a landfill without the need of this process. With agave straws, we use the byproduct of the production of Tequila and Agave syrup, reducing waste by transforming it into a sustainable product. — The Original Mexican Vanilla, Organic and Kosher certified. We distribute not only the oldest Vanilla product from Mexico in the US, but by doing so we are helping support over 500 indigenous families in the region of Papantla, Veracruz, Mexico, where the Vanilla was first originated in the world. We represent a 100% Vertical Company, meaning that every step of the Vanilla process is made in-house to ensure optimal quality and repeatability. Also this is the only company that does conduct research on Vanilla crops and sustainability. Vanilla is the world\'s second expensive spice after saffron.
