About Leon Daniels

I\'m a problem solver! I am constantly looking for ways to improve business by identifying leadership goals from the macro perspective. By identifying leadership\'s goals it gives me a foundation of where to start with. I study current business processes and use data analytics to innovate several possible solutions. These methods are only possible through my military background in aviation. I’ve spent my entire career in aviation maintenance and quality control which have taught me several things. First, how to troubleshoot and problem solve, enabling me to be an outside the box thinker. Second, it gave me a systemic approach to problem solving. Also, it taught me how to manage time and projects on a large scale with high expectations for success – something that translates well into any business environment! I always knew that my focus would be on operations because I enjoy fast-paced problems. However, since then I have been a part of many different roles that also require problem-solving. My favorite thing about these roles is, as a person who loves to solve problems, I am able to improve at them by using my technique.
