ABOUT LAURA JAMISON

Ms. Jamison has served as a Guardian ad Litem with extensive experience in child custody evaluations, abuse/neglect cases, private mediation, and family court matters. She is also a Certified New Hampshire Public Guardian through the National Guardianship Association, bringing nationally recognized standards of ethics and practice into her work. As a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, she participates in advanced training and conferences on child custody evaluations and related family law issues. She is recognized for conducting thorough, objective assessments of families and providing detailed recommendations to help high-conflict families resolve disputes, while supporting the court in determining the best interests of children and promoting supported decision-making for incapacitated adults.Ms. Jamison has a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences, with a focus on children, families, relationships, marriage, and divorce. She has also completed graduate-level training and continuing education in family law, mediation, guardianship, and child custody evaluation, supporting her work in complex court-involved and family systems. Ms. Jamison has built two micro-economic development-based makerspaces and a Farmers Market, and has been a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), NH-trained mediator, NH State Guardian ad Litem, and an NH Certified Public Guardian.
