ABOUT ELIZABETH LÖWENSTEIN
The more we value people, the more valuable they become.Yet too much critical human intelligence is still left on the table inside organisations. My work helps organisations recognise, capture, and act on that intelligence to strengthen decision-making, learning, and resilience. I support organisations across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, including leadership development, organisational learning, design, and change.I have over 25 years of international, cross-sector experience supporting leaders and teams through change, risk, and transformation at individual, team, and organisational levels. One pattern appears repeatedly: critical human intelligence is missed, learning is lost, and decisions are made in silos. This weakens resilience, increases risk, and undermines performance. Many organisations remain fragmented, with siloed communication and disconnected systems. Technology layered on top often amplifies these problems. With rapid advances in AI and digital systems, this risk is growing. My focus has always been Human Intelligence first. I support the alignment of people, processes, and technology so they strengthen rather than undermine each other. True resilience comes from learning together. When people share lived experience and turn insight into action and review, organisations become stronger and more adaptable. In safety-critical environments this is non-negotiable. Safety depends on strong learning cultures, effective safety processes, and recognising risk signals early. My work integrates organisational psychology, risk intelligence, emotional intelligence, people analytics, and collective intelligence to strengthen decision-making, safety culture, and performance.I support organisations through light, guided, and embedded solutions including:• Employee lifecycle support, from recruitment to exit• Leadership development• Human Factors+, risk intelligence, safety culture and safety processes• Organisational analysis, design and effectiveness• Organisational learning and development• Resilience, wellbeing and mental health• Collective and collaborative intelligence• HI-first AI and digital governance• Union and stakeholder engagement• Whole-system alignmentTo support this at scale, I founded CI360, a learning ecosystem connecting individual, team, and organisational intelligence to strengthen decision-making, learning, and resilience. Please reach out to explore a needs assessment, roadmap, or confidential conversation about your organisation’s needs and direction.
