About Lizzy Axton
I am a business development professional who has over 8 years of industry experience in drug development. As a scientist who has left the bench, my goal is to support academic and commercial researchers in their own scientific pursuits. In my current role, I guide drug developers through their discovery and safety assessment pipeline so they can get their drug to market faster. My PhD work in Pharmacology and Toxicology, as well as an emphasis in science communication and teaching, gives me a diverse skillset that I utilize to support a vast array of research goals.
