I began my career in 1991 as a multi-line claims adjuster. From there, I moved on to both property and casualty adjuster positions as well as a claims supervisor. I have a great deal of experience investigating, negotiating claims and interpreting insurance policies and coverages. I also did a great deal of work for insurance companies and private law firms specializing in insurance defense, mediation, settlement conference, arbitration and trial in my prior role as an independent national general adjuster.I am licensed in the State of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Kentucky, Arkansas, South Carolina Florida, Utah and too many more to list. I am an active board member for the Puget Sound Adjusters Association (PSAA) and member of Oregon Casualty Adjusters Association (OCAA), The Claims Litigation and Management Alliance (CLM), The Risk Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).I am an avid martial arts practitioner, bow hunter, hiker and adventurer!
