ABOUT LIZZI TRAN
m a self-taught design strategist with a systems mind and a storyteller’s instinct. I’ve led UX for the authentication vertical at a Fortune 200 bank, redesigned acquisition flows for SaaS companies, and guided digital strategy across government and healthcare.Before tech, I served as a director in the Massachusetts State Senate, shaping how I approach systems, stakeholders, and impact. During COVID, I saw firsthand how legacy systems struggled to adapt—pushing me toward UX as a way to build scalable, human-centered solutions.I’m also the founder of Lizzi Kieu / KIEU LLC, a creative studio spanning brand strategy, digital design, and curated luxury goods—helping individuals and emerging brands translate identity into experience.Today, I lead with empathy and clarity, and share my journey through a global UX community of members, views, and 100+ success stories.
