I’m a pragmatic and commercially minded HR leader with experience in engineering focused environments including automotive and aerospace manufacturing, defence, and construction environments in operational HR advice and strategic business partnering roles, working closely with the leadership teams to help people thrive. Extremely results focused, applying strong HR generalist and business partnering skills in order to support the business in a continually changing internal and external environment.
