ABOUT LIZ WHITNEY

I\'m the founder and Head Coach of Cove, a strategic coaching consultancy for individuals and teams and co-founder of Coachable, a leadership development consultancy. In both these companies, my mission is to unlock growth for leaders in fast-moving tech and creative businesses. And have some fun along the way. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I coach both individuals and leadership teams to reach higher levels of performance. I focus on c-suite, founders and senior leaders looking to elevate their leadership skills, reduce relationship friction and achieve their long term goals.As a team coach I facilitate groups coming together for team development, company away-days, workshops and off-sites. I work with teams over a 12 month timeframe to take them from forming to performing. My experience in the creative industries over the past 20 years means I sit very comfortably between strategy, design, technology and leadership. I speak the languages of digital - agile, lean and product.My value is in giving you a fresh perspective and clarity and as someone once said to me \"Liz, you have a real a bias towards action\".
