I\'m an experienced and qualified executive coach, with years of prior business experience in the recruitment sector, so the work I do with my clients is rooted in practical, real life experience. Transition points can include promotion, retirement, parental leave, illness, a new job or boss, business transformation - and many others. My approach is really get to the heart of your particular challenge and help you find a way forward, so our work together will be collaborative and solutions focussed, working you to achieve your career and personal development goals. I\'ve experienced career transition myself, qualifying as a coach after a long career running a successful recruitment firm. I\'ve worked with a wide portfolio of clients, from professional service firms, to blue chip organisations, and this commercial experience informs my coaching practice - I understand the world in which you operate and the challenges you face. I established and continue to run a thriving Womens Networking Group for Indirect Tax specialists, and I passionately believe in the power of having a great network to enhance your career prospects. I can help you build your own network that will work with you at every stage of your career path. I also run a retirement planning workshop for individuals approaching retirement, who want to make the most of this new phase of life.
