Senior management position with emphasis on business development for PAL\'s Historic Preservation Team. Project manager for 35+ historic tax credit projects, serving as the project historian and principal liaison between developers, architects, construction teams, regulatory reviewers, and other stakeholders; active projects represent more than $247 million in total project costs and million in qualified rehabilitation expenditures. Supervising preparation of effects assessments and survey reports for above-ground components of energy transmission line projects; working in coordination with PAL Executive Director, Energy Projects Manager, and Architectural/Associate Architectural Historians. Assisting clients with other local, state, and federal applications and reviews, including City of Boston Article 80/85, Boston Landmarks Commission design reviews and landmark study reports, and Mass. Authoring National Register of Historic Places nominations, MHC Inventory Forms, Rhode Island Historic Resources Archive (RIHRA) reports, and other documentation based on complex primary source research and independent analysis. Supervising the work of PAL Architectural Historians and Associate Architectural Historians. Participating in bi-weekly senior staff Operations Committee meetings. Preparing scopes of services, cost proposals, and contract amendments. Managing project invoicing and A/R. Networking and representing PAL at industry events.
