Oversees the operations and activities of the organization\'s 5013c Foundation, including the collegiate scholarship program, STEM engagement events and fundraising. Leads outreach and engagement efforts with K-12 schools, community organizations and higher education institutions across the State to build a pipeline of engineering students, internship opportunities and post-graduation placements. Develops and coordinates volunteer efforts statewide with key partners and the organization\'s flagship outreach program during National Engineers Week.Facilitates continuing education and professional development programming.
