I have over 20+ years’ experience within HR and Learning and Development, helping people and organisations grow. I bring a mix of strategy, empathy, and energy to everything I do; creating learning experiences that actually make a difference.In the past few years I have shifted my focus to L&D, designing and delivering programs that build capability, confidence, and culture across fast moving tech teams. My approach is practical, people first, and always fun. because learning sticks best when people enjoy it.I’m also a qualified counsellor, which deepens my coaching and wellbeing work (it’s something I do part time, not a career move, but it makes me a better listener, communicator, and leader at work).
