I was able to balance the needs of many teams withconflicting priorities to create a strategic 3 year road map. Actingas the release manager I was able to balance the needs of the userbase and deploy meaningful updates and enhancements that improvedtheir work performance when it was most needed.I was also part of a large data center consolidation program where Iwas responsible for the application\'s infrastructure deployments. Theapplications were previously supported in an outsource model and sothe in-sourced teams had to learn how to deploy their applicationwithin the new data centers. What was most interesting was the factthat most of these applications were running on antiquatedinfrastructure and so needed consultation on the transformation tonewer technologies such as virtual machines, different network zonerequirements like firewall rules and load balancer configurations.In my spare time, I train horses in Western Dressage and operateEquinox Farm. I\'m a farmer at heart.As I consider where I plan to take my career in the near future, I\'dlike to work for an organization that supports the agriculturalindustry and utilize my leadership and IT skills in deploying newinfrastructure or moving to a cloud solution that will modernize andtransform their operations. Working remote is my preferred worklocation.
