I’m an independent recruiter who has spent 21 years in automation, robotics, special-purpose machinery and systems integration. I mainly work with SMEs, owner-led or mid-sized businesses where one good engineer genuinely changes what you can deliver.What I recruit for: • Mechanical Design (SPM, robotics, machinery, packaging) • Electrical Design (control panels, safety circuits, machine wiring) • Software & Controls (PLC, HMI, motion, robotics – Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.) • Field Service & Commissioning Engineers • Project Engineers / Project Managers in automationI’m based in the UK but increasingly support US companies who are struggling to find experienced engineers locally.
