A wonderful part of my role as a recruiter for early-stage ROBOTIC, ORTHOPEDIC AND SPINE companies, is that I get to see the early developments. I get to be there with my companies at the early stages, at the R&D stage, when we are all trying to get the concept right, iteration after iteration, gathering early successes, pre-trend, and then I enjoy helping my clients towards the goal we all want - commercialisation. A time to show the world the benefits of the technology we have been working on - the time to bring real solutions to surgeons and clinicians around the world - the time to make a real change to patients\' lives.
